David Hawkins

My name is David Hawkins.  Professionally, I am a Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and co-owner of Achieve Physical Therapy in Las Vegas, and Phoenix. 

My perspective on health and fitness has been shaped by my numerous encounters with everyday individuals like you and I who are recovering from injury or seeking better health.  One of my favorite quotes is by Ralph Waldo Emerson “The First Wealth is Health”.  People who have experienced a loss of function know the truth of this quote firsthand. 

My goal is to help educate and inspire individuals to achieve your health and fitness goals!  What a rewarding experience it is for me to help others get back to enjoying life.  I have had the opportunity to participate as patients accomplish what they once thought was impossible.  I look forward to helping you on your journey to Achieve your health and fitness goals!

On a personal note, I am married to a fabulous woman and we have 4 wonderful kids – they help provide the inspiration for my own personal health journey.
